2009 release. With a background in the joys of sampling and a foreground in scuzzy guitar, bass and beaten up drums, with schizo music tastes and a West Country pace, theyve been building brick by dirty brick. Now, theyd like to welcome you into their beautiful home for a little nose around, a kind of party if you like. And if a little blood gets spilled then thats just how it is. Nobody said it was going to be a spread from “Hello” magazine. It will, though, be the best party youve ever been to. The House That Dirt Built represents a huge step forward from an already fantastic debut in Great Vengeance & Furious Fire. Since then The Heavy have toured the world and, where the first record was sample-based, the new one is much more a product of working as a band. The House That Dirt Built is larger than life, funny, terrifying and occasionally beautiful. It is, in fact, a house youll want to visit again.
I found myself tapping my foot, while the Crazy Little KIA during the Superbowl advertising. Once I started, where the study was that riff, I did more than I had hoped. Then I came across the clip show late at night. These guys are hot and cold at the same time, if you know what I mean. They had all the public and rock'n Letterman then asked for more! They played for more than 5 minutes. Who else has ever ??!!?? this opportunity I can not believe how addicted to the rhythm of "How YouLike Me Now "is. It is a lot of fun things to hear. How different is a" must have "for your music collection.

Japanese exclusive reissue of 1966 album. This Toshiba/EMI pressing features an OBI strip (different from the last Japanese pressings issued in 1990) & an insert with Japanese text & lyrics in Japanese & English. Manufactured & pressed in Japan. This album has been direct metal mastered from a digitally remastered original tape to give the best possible sound quality. 2004.
The Beatles '1966 album "Revolver" is revolutionary. It is revolutionary. It' an album that we've never seen anything like it before or after. Every positive adjective to describe the "Revolver." It's otherworldly. But I just play "adjective game," we want to be held for review.

We return to 1966. The Beatles have just recently released "Rubber Soul" (the previous year, and 1965), which will result from critics as their best record mature. Also released this year"Help!" A soundtrack for the film, which also showed (in my honest opinion, anyway), since the Fab Four up to a year.

But by the time '66 rolled around, the Beatles were a band full-fledged. Have always been more of a "beat group from Liverpool." Well, I have always been willing to change, and experimental music forever. And that is still friendly.

"Revolver" was released in 1966 there were two different tracks directory. The American version had 11 tracks(three of them had appeared on previous studio albums of the Beatles 'Yesterday' … and now, "a Beatles record many collectors is extremely rare – but that's another story), and the English version, the 14 songs had.

When Parlophone / Capitol were rereleasing The Beatles catalog on CD in 1990, the English edition was published on CD, and so intelligent.

"Taxman," George Harrison shows his angriest. And 'one of the best anti-tax songs you'll ever findif not the best. Harrison's voice is due, and is certainly much, since the guide is due! " Album. What is open for a great way for this brilliant masterpiece.

"Eleanor Rigby" is one of the most famous and memorable songs of the Beatles now. A shot # 1 for the Fab Four's song Paul McCartney will be accompanied by a string quartet. This is not the only time he sang with a quartet, accompanied his 1965 # 1 hit "Yesterday" also included a string quartet. ATons of people within these classics, including Ray Charles.

Other songs like 'Love You To "(perhaps first exploration of the Beatles' music of India, and certainly not the last)," Good Day Sunshine, "" Doctor Robert "," She Said She Said "and, of course, # 1 – Hit 'Yellow Submarine', all have shown how quickly the boys grew.

Perhaps my personal favorite Beatles song is the album are "For No One". Personally I always thought this would be areally perfect for the band's previous albums, "Rubber Soul". Right between "that of yourself" and "Word". If it was only written in 1965 (sigh) … But register here fits very well, and has always been one of my favorites.

But perhaps technically the best song of the album is the last song. "Tomorrow Never Knows" gave listeners a great taster of what was to happen. In fact, it is a perfect taste of things. Turn of your mind, relax and float downstream … "wrote one of the best lines in the history of psychedelic rock, bar none. When you hear, you can hear traces of what the band who are still exploring further with their upcoming album "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band".

And that is part of the charm of "Revolver". The visit of the Beatles with lots of different styles here. Folk-rock ( "I'm Only Sleeping"), baroque pop-rock ( "Eleanor Rigby"), psychedelic rock ( "Tomorrow Never Knows") and blues-rock ( "Got to Get You IntoMy Life '), among others. I am quite convinced that the Beatles have more opportunities to 'Revolver,' Another album, including "Sgt Pepper." It's just so experimental.

Overall, you do not have a rock and roll collection, to "Revolver". It 'a fact. This is one of the best moments, has not touched the Beatles and probably a thousand stars (five stars, like me) feel about this album. You must have 'Revolver' in your record collection, whether that are large or small. ItShould not be a crime.

Very, very, very, very recommendable for those who appreciate good music, regardless of gender.

ENJOY!

Thousand Foot Krutch is back with their most ambitious release to date, Welcome To The Masquerade, co-produced by Aaron Sprinkle and Trevor McNevan. The Album features the singles Forward Motion and Bring Me To Life. Welcome to the Masquerade reveals what Thousand Foot Krutch continues to learn from its growing legion of fans. Their unique approach to music–often as heady as it is heavy–creates a space where it’s safe to go deep one moment and just cut loose the next.
I admit, I had high hopes for this album. However, I also doubt that would satisfy only approximate these expectations. I was totally wrong. If you liked TFKs the previous work, you will definitely love this album.

The album starts with a good introduction and explodes in the beautiful title track. One can not help but love for the "transition to Masquerade" and the drive to continue for the next three tracks, all first-class welcome to great rock songs. Was the only (very slight), my complaint is that the final version of the album "Bring Me To Life" just a little 'different from the pre-release, which is actually better. The pace changes album "Watching Over Me", but the few slow tracks on this album really showcase TFKs capacity, and all do very well.

The album is musically very cohesive and it's all TFK final. The lyrics are solid, although sometimes a bit 'poor, what I can, as the report overlooked the wholemakes sense. TFK has grown since I heard some years ago, but it seems that everything comes together for them on this record that I can say with all certainty, it's better days. Do not hesitate to buy this album, I promise I will not regret it. This is a five star rating for its # 50 (of 52 votes), which has something to say!

I am a guy who watches a lot of DVDs of concerts and I must say that this is one of my favorites that I saw. The sound and video quality is simply amazing, and not really feel anything. I think the best thing about this concert, which is basically their "best of" collection, at least to the general public. Of course there are some songs that were omitted, which had the hardcore fans wanted to hear, but overall I am impressed with. I think that was the moment INot dancing in my living room, with the volume almost at full speed! You can not just silently watching. It 'a truly great thing to have in your collection, especially if you're a fan!

Download Thelonious Monk Quartet with John Coltrane at Carnegie Hall MP3

Australian pressing. This never-before heard jazz classic documents one of the most historically important working bands in all of Jazz history, a band that was both short-lived and, until now, thought to be frustratingly under-recorded. The concert, which took place at the famed New York hall on November 29, 1957, was preserved on newly-discovered tapes made by Voice of America for a later radio broadcast that were located at the Library of Congress in Washington DC earlier this year. Blue Note. 2005.
Jazz has always been a great mix of structure and improvisation. Personally, I like how jazz has more incredible compositions, and then the musicians jam with them. I like how the focus is on playing and compositions. I believe that if you live in jazz albums, this album is high on the list of albums.

For many people who go to concerts and shows are regularly out and socializing. Carnegie Hall is a sit in those places where people are intendedand listen to music. I was raised in a concert with some groups that were my friends, and one of my friends about how I felt one of the few people in the front and the music, while others were just socializing. It 'was actually a pool table set up for people to play a game of pool during the show.

Carnegie Hall, however, was a place of particular significance for classical music and made with excellent acoustics. They also had a really nice wingthat Thelonious Monk playing. Even if one of his favorite things to do, all the notes that are made to find and play these notes for a greater impact. What I really did not play out of tune pianos, but can not see what he can with what he has piano that you can not do with each other. He sounds happy in any case, who played a grand piano for classical musicians Heck.

First is John Coltrane's great because it is the best known saxophonists in jazz, and heis a great saxophone player. He may not have the technical expertise, G. Kenny, but the colors much more to his playing and his improvisation sounds much better.

They were Ahmed Abdul-Malik on bass and Shadow Wilson on drums. These two had been playing with some other musicians, like most jazz bassists and drummers, bassists and drummers as well as more readily able to should go and play with a completely different band. This is one of the most important aspects ofJazz, people who have never played any of these songs, but can process only a lead sheet and play a melody, as they have been together years ago to make these melodies.

One of my favorite pieces of jazz is that, when the musicians come together, they all have great discussions and conversations with the words of each other, no, but by emotions and feelings, and if the audience can not hear part of it, enjoy it. You can also say that theMusicians are a great time.

After the blend of John Coltrane and Thelonious Monk is really what it entails, and then add that this album at Carnegie Hall is already thinking "this must be good", and this is one of those times where there is a disappointment.

The complaint that could have many people is that the benefits, according Epistrophy "is only partial, but has a performance of song before. I think it works very wellin this way as an album. I also like how this is a previously unreleased live album. There have been some mix of things, but do not delete anything to do or not overdubs. I believe that everything that has taken a part of the second performance of "Epistrophy."

Thelonious Monk is a composer and pianist, incredible, and with the help of John Coltrane, and one of the greatest rhythm section, the album is a must. One of the best parts of this album is that they are all witha great moment, and this is really the music.

OutKast has almost singlehandedly defined the sound of Atlanta rap. Tongue-flippin’, rhyme-spittin’ and Cadillac-ridin’, all with a Southern accent, Big Boi and Dre have proved tobe the South’s ideal MCs. ATLIENS continues in the same vein as Outkast’s 1994 debut, SOUTHERNPLAYALISTICADILLACMUZIK, with producers Organized Noize back to accompany the duo’s laid-back flow. Big Boi and Dre proclaim to prove a point with every rhyme, never wasting a line. They like to think of themselves as outcasts from the hip-hop community–aliens,so to speak. Their tracks have an outer-space feeling to them–a feeling that, ironically, has warmed the community right up to them. They’re so out, they’re in.
When it was all rap album, I feel generally much more than me. It manages to be completely powered down, it squeaks (the spacey "Wheelz Of Steel", one of my favorites because of the strange unsettling Spanish guitar and synthesizer, and what you have, "lifts" which sounds like Pink Floyd meets rap) but really catchy independent (song title, "Two Dope Boyz (In a Cadillac)"). They also screw with your standard "rap ballad" A "Jazzy Belle" with echoey vocals of backup. These guys knowFor the study of a tool like this is safe. Not only study the effects that make this version a good thing, either. It 'also on Andre 3000 and Big Boi – two charismatic rapper with interesting voices, their songs are just packed with so many rhymes as possible are able – without tongue. In addition to some great social comment on "Ova da Wudz" "Elevators (Me & You)" and "Babylon," the best "rap ballad", which could never be heard. I love that song … chorus"Oooh, I think the battle just begun …". Good stuff. And the jokes are pretty sweet, too ( "Over There) Wudz. But the fact is that I like the atmosphere on this album is hypnotic, you know Amazingly, I also like what generates little interlude that finds its way to all rap albums ( "Wailin '"). It's pretty funky. And I like "mainstream" – again, because of all the atmospheric stuff. "And our choir. Now here is a group that includes the power of choir. "Unlessall peaches and cream! "and so on." Decatur Psalms "is not quite as big as the other songs, but has a nice chorus and wah-wah-a delicate part, so it's good. Same with" Millennium "- not an outstanding but a good song, because the state d 'mind. The only weak track "ET", a song in which nothing happens. It seems as if something were to happen, but nothing to do. "very bad song on an album very good. But even then, it is difficult to deny the power of moving, piano-based "13th Floor / GrowingOld. Get them out immediately. I do not care how much you hate rap. This is not your average rap album. Covers Awesome, too.

Download Booker’s Guitar MP3

Products by :
Rating Reviews :

The story is as legendary as Robert Johnson at the crossroads, as old as the blues itself. A traveling musician has a chance encounter in the most unlikely of places with something mystical and powerful, and everything changes. Suddenly, everything is up for grabs, and the music – already rich and historically resonant – takes a whole new direction.

So it was for itinerant troubadour Eric Bibb one night in a London hotel after a gig just a few years ago, when he was approached by a fan carrying a guitar case. Inside the case was a relic from the past that made the hair on the back of Bibb’s neck stand on end: a 1930s vintage Resophonic National steel-body guitar that had belonged to Delta blues legend Booker White. In a moment that could only be described as intoxicating, Bibb found himself holding Booker’s guitar, and catching a brief but revealing glimpse of all the stories locked within it.

Booker’s Guitar inspired a song, and the song became an entire album – one that captures the spirit of the original Delta blues of the early 20th century and reinterprets it for a new era. The title track, Bibb recorded in England using White’s guitar. The remaining tracks, although recorded in rural Ohio on Bibb’s own guitars, sprang from the same well of inspiration. “Once I had written that song, I really wanted to make a complete statement and document my connection to the Delta blues tradition,” says Bibb. “I really wanted to put myself in the position of my heroes, but in a contemporary context, and create songs that I feel could have been part of their repertoire and could have come from their own experience.”

That journey is one that crosses generations as much distances on any map. In the end, Booker’s Guitar – mystical and powerful – is the instrument that connects Eric Bibb to another era, and at the same time connects the blues of another era to the human experience of the modern day. “Writing a country blues song that draws on the traditions but is not rehashing old material from another era – writing something that’s both connected to that tradition but is contemporary as well – is hugely challenging,” says Bibb. “It’s tricky, but I was so happy that I was able to do it for a whole album, and really feel like I could stay focused on that whole sound and that whole culture. It was an achievement that I had been wanting to pull off, but hadn’t been able to do until now.”

Anticipation is an apt title for Grammy nominee Trey Songz’s 2009 project. Plenty of people have been anticipating his next album since 2007’s Trey Day and this mix-CD gives people a taste of what’s to come from the R&B crooner. Trey Songz found a home for these stray non album cuts on this sensual collection, a keepsake for any R&B enthusiast and undoubtedly better than the upcoming album. Now is the right time to build up your Anticipation. 13 tracks.
I dig the quality of production, particularly the bass beats as his album "Ready". Typical R & B content, but with beautiful melodies, great to hear as a whole. I thought it would be a bit 'warmer' and then four stars instead of five years, but still a fan Trey. From an artist, an artist, "Trey look nice."

Leaders make the indescribable visible. Isaiah’s words, for instance, brought comfort to a defeated nation and transformed a people’s imagination, empowering them to mount up with wings like eagles. Those words bear fruits today, capturing a post-modern visionary’s heart, urging Chris Tomlin to call together God’s people for life-renewing worship.

“I feel as though we’re like this landing strip in the desert for our great, incredible God to arrive on; a way for Him to come into people’s lives,” Tomlin says of the album’s metaphorical moniker inspired in part by Isaiah 40. Tomlin’s third studio record and first in two years, Arriving demonstrates a Christian’s glad surrender meeting God’s welcoming arms.

Tomlin’s undeniable energy is charismatic and contagious. Avoiding the trappings of public performance, Chris stands beside the people he serves, raising his voice to God with them so that they share God’s presence together.

Credited with venerable church choruses such as “Forever,” “We Fall Down,” and “The Wonderful Cross,” Tomlin is considered one of this era’s top songwriters for the church with five songs in CCLI’s Top 60 and four more in the service’s Top 500. With millions singing his songs weekly, Chris is recognized as a pivotal voice of today’s modern expression of Christian worship.

Arriving rocks with inspiring, guitar-driven pop melodies reflecting the roots traditions of Austin, Texas, where it was recorded and home to the church Tomlin co-founded, Austin Stone Community Church. The project’s raw, straightforward lyrics are knotted tight with hooks as big and broad as the Lone Star state sky. Producer Ed Cash (Caedmon’s Call, Kathy Mattea, Bebo Norman) brings his signature touch to the tracks, revealing that the talent pool is deeper than even the artist knew.
This CD is awesome! I bought for our worship band a couple of his songs played in the Church. This is one of those rare cases where the CD you love every song on CD. I listen to it everytime I get in the car to go anywhere! I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed, and could not be raised!

Intimate. Magical. Real. Unforgettable. Those are just some of the words that can be used to describe the live concert offered by Mexican superstar Thalía on Thursday, July 30, at the University of Miami’s BankUnited Center in Coral Gables.

Sony Music Latin and Primera Fila presented the second concert in a series that began last year with legendary Mexican singer Vicente Fernández. The concept is to showcase live performances of some of the biggest names in the Latin music industry, and to do so in front of a select, more intimate audience.

After selling 25 million albums, and having become a global icon with her “telenovelas”, Thalía had nothing to prove, but she craved a new professional challenge and Primera Fila was the perfect stage. She wanted to solely focus on her music, nothing else.

Accompanied by 12 musicians, Thalia performed 15 live songs from some of the most influential composers of Latin America, including Juan Luis Guerra’s `Cuando Te Beso’ and Roberto Carlos’ `Qué Será de Ti’. She also performed new songs, including “Equivocada”, written by Sony’s revolutionary new talent, Mario Domm, lead singer from the award-winning pop rock group Camila. One of Primera Fila’s highlights was definitely her duet (“Con La Duda”) with legendary Mexican singer Joan Sebastian. The performance was not only unexpected, but also brilliantly executed.

Different from anything she’s ever done, Thalía’s Primera Fila was a personal, raw, up-close revelation of the woman and the artist. With powerful interpretations, fan interactions and an invitation to witness the latest from one of the world’s most original Latin superstars.

Throughout the night, Thalía sang with great honesty, as someone who has matured musically and has clearly evolved as an individual. More importantly, she revealed her passion for music in an environment that allowed any fan to share her great joy.

You will be impressed by the performance, the buzz of the songs and, of course, the intimacy of Thalia. In the documentary, says John Sebastian, who for the song "With Duda" (with a doubt), inspired by the fact that some people have written to ask if Thalia sings, or is really just a singer in the studio (since are mostly on display Playback). He then contuniues that this live album will be a good answer to it. Thalia demonstrates that they have a real voice well without programming studioor effects. He also says that with this album, meaninig Thalia returned to their roots, that his way of singing in his childhood and his career.
Equivocado The first single to listen anytime you hear something new. Recently released second single "Que Sera de Ti hits radio stations now. A song personal Como la Duda is an excellent choice for the next single. Even the musical instruments with the album and all songs are great!.
Thalia demonstrates that, as with music, lived, whatMusic meant to her, and she is truly a star. You deserve a bow. Thalia Thank you for this masterpiece!
